5- Participate in international conferences at both European languages , translation and holding specialized scientific seminars.
6- Provide expertise and specialized advisory for public and private sectors.
7- Serve community through written and oral translation businesses.
8- Prepare foreign languages and translation programs ,design ,implement and revise them according to needs and accordingly to the university rules.
9- implement the training courses directed to various community sectors and meeting government institutions need for training at both foreign languages and translation fields.
10- Continuous Communication with similar institutes ,colleges and organizations in the world to utilize from their experiences in the specialized field.

The English Language Program and its arts seek to provide integrated learning and training at English language and the literatures of the world speaking in English and theoretical and practical languages. It also aimed at developing the students’ language and intellectual research skills to meet the labor market’s needs . The departments looks after the scientific search serves the community and encourages understanding and communication between cultures.
