The law department at the Open Learning College – Future university seeks to have an outstanding place in providing high learning and unique scientific research in the legal field and linking that with development and community, according to the future university’s vision and its industrious endeavor to occupy a pioneering place among all universities on the international level.
Mission:
It is the work to prepare excellent legal cadres in the judiciary and attorneyship field and legal circles at the ministries ,government departments. Act to stabilize link between them and between the legislative and judiciary powers through laying out specialized academic programs ,deep legal studies and what conforms with the university mission.
Goals:
1- Provide legislative and judicial agencies with specialized legal staff.
2- Graduate required staff to occupy legal positions at all state’s public and private departments.
3- Contribute in developing legal education in the society, through lectures ,continuous education for the specialists in law for various state’s departments.
4- Study the legal texts within the social reality framework to facilitate apply it by the specialists.
5- Deepen the links between the legal professors and the legislative and judicial agencies and make the university at the community service.
6- Meet the community needs and serve it through graduating lawyers , high level legal counsels.
7- Encourage scientific research at all legal specialization fields that includes the law college for developing law and community service.
